Not child friendly. The hotel is nice and is conveniently close to main square. However, it is extremely noisy inasmuch is surrounded by bars. The hotel itself has a noisy restaurant in the main patio!

This hotel is beautiful and has a perfect location right downtown Zacatlan. Problem is parking, you can only have valet parking and wait for the cars at least 10-15 minutes. Staff is amazing.

Muchísimo ruido el personal de limpieza no sabe respetar con el palo del trapeador la cubeta el carrito hablando . Fue horróroso aunado a él el mini split hacía ruido. Que tenga un servibar co. Refrescos etc si no tienen servicio a las habitacion eñ la noche. No es calidad hotel boutique . Pedí una coca cola y fue un sr no es empleado del hotel a dejarla.

Como siempre un excelente lugar con un servicio maravilloso de los empleados. Solo el nuevo valet creo que se llama Erick le urge una buena capacitación de servicio al cliente cuando le pregunté por qué no había nadie cuando llegue me contestó groseramente que porque el estaba muy ocupado y cuando me trajo mi vehículo ni siquiera me ayudó a subir a pesar de que traía yo las manos ocupadas. Demerita su actitud todo el buen trabajo que realizan siempre y que le da la excelencia al lugar.

En general bien , me parecio extraño que marque para poder hacer el check in un poco antes y si me ayudaron pero me cobraron $100 pero lo extraño es que me lo pidieron en efectivo
