"The one front seak clerk decided she wanted to play this day. Told me I needed a credit card for incidentals, but when i said the website didnt state that she acted as if she never even requested the card from me. And then I paid for a room with one king bed and a sofa and she intentionally gave me a room (116 to be exact) with double queen beds instead, which was cheaper but didnt refund my difference but that was ok because that wasnt such a big deal for me. It was the principal of great customer service which she didnt provide and then lied about my access to the free wifi, saying there was a problem with it , which i had to get and comfirm from the overnight receptionist, who was very pleasant and professional. Besides this interaction with this particular woman using her job to be vindictive and blatantly lie to me, a stranger and paying occupant at this establishment, I absolutely loved my stay and would 1000% recommend. "
