"The apartment was nice and clean. We had a room with a slanted roof - had to watch your head but not really an issue. The apartment was in an awesome location but you won't sleep in because the church bells start ringing very early. The steps to the rooms are steep and winding - not a problem for us but may be an impediment to someone else. The parking was tight - luckily we parked at checkin time and then didn't move the car again until we checked out. Everything was within easy walking...

"After checking in, our room key did not work, so we had to return to the lobby. One staff member initially explained it as a system issue, but another staff later corrected it, saying it was simply a mistake. Later, we came back to the lobby to look for drinking water, as none was provided in the room. "Fantastic location and attentive staff. We stayed one night in a clean comfortable room with all the amenities one could need including breakfast and parking inside the walled old town if you can secure one if the very few spots owned by the hotel. Very good communication prior to arrival."

"The best apartment I've stayed in Really clean, comfy beds, lovely bathrooms Couldn't fault it. Great location for beach and restaurants, the pancake cafe was our favourite. No supermarket that close if you're walking. Great roof terrace with hot tub overlooking the sea !!!"

"Stayed for a week, June 2026. We were very late arriving (midnight) but a welcome letter had been left for us at reception with our keycard and instructions. There was ample free parking alongside the hotel. Our room (4) was a Deluxe King Pool view room in the Mirabilis block (the newer of the two blocks). This block only has the King Deluxe rooms - 6 in total, with the panoramic breakfast room on the top floor. There is an elevator in this block, unsure about the other. Room was spotlessly...

"This apartment was perfectly located in Zadar. Our stay was lovely! We only ended up being here for 1 night but we had everything we needed for our time. Bed was super comfortable and we had lots of room to lounge! Highly recommend if you’re staying in Zadar."
