"Our room was so disgusting. It had mold in the shower and dirty everywhere. The carpet had holes in it. The walls had holes in them. Their was trip hazards everywhere. The beds were so terrible that we didn't sleep. I woke up not able to breath because of how dirty the room was. When we went to breakfast they didn't have any food. We asked for some silverware and plates. She was out smoking and came in without washing her hands and slammed some plates on the counter. She also pulled silverware out of the dispenser and basically threw them at us. It was very disrespectful. I called and said we aren't staying for the remainder of the time and they said they would only return the one night and not both nights because I hadn't called 24 hours in advanced. We left and never will come back. If people asked where to stay it would not be here. My dad is on oxygen and having him there for the night was terrible. He had a hard time breathing. I also have asthma and really struggled. This was the worst stay of my life."
"The place seems to be heavily occupied by workers as in an extended stay. Room smelled. Property not very neat. Only one towel. Just not very well run hotel."
"We stayed in 245 for 5 days/6 nights. The staff are amazing but the room was definitely not what we expected. There was no microwave but it had a refrigerator and a lot of counter space. The AC unit was LOUD so much to the point that you have to turn the TV up to about 28-30 to be able to hear it. The TV only had about 6 channels that would actually come up although a lot of other channels were listed. When you turned up (or down) the volume then the TV would "talk" to you and tell you the volume that you were changing it to. There was also the menu box on the screen that we could never get to go away. The pool was great for the kids but the heater wasn't working (no fault of the hotel) but on Wednesday night/Thursday morning at 1:01 am the fire alarm went off because they thought that there might have been a gas leak. At 1:33 am we got to go back into the building. We had a room that overlooked the pool and you can hear everyone that is at the pool. Breakfast was not included with our stay. This was my own fault for not paying attention to the surcharge for breakfast. The location was very convenient as it is near several restaurants and Walmart. Overall, we will probably pick a different hotel to stay at that is closer to our kids then at the Grand Williston."
"it took three rooms until the manager could find a clean one and then the TV didn't work so they had to reprogram the remote, and the website says breakfast every day, there is no breakfast at this location, according to the manager, she is waiting to get her license back."
