"It’s our 3rd time staying at Aries in the last 4 years and I would never look to stay anywhere else in Zakopane as the hotel is just fantastic. The staff are so friendly and always looking to help you to make your stay even better. The breakfast is truly amazing and sets you up for an entire day walking in the Tatra mountains. The Spa is chic and never really gets too busy, even at the weekend. We paid a little extra this time for a Suite and it was money well spent. I just can’t imagine...

"This hotel /rooms needs maintenance improvements ASAP. In our first 24 hour , we had to change 3 times room. Reasons: no A/C in room and bad smell. Even in our 3rd room there was no water pressure in the shower. A/C was not working properly too. Workers were very nice. "
