This is our second time being here and it wont be the last either. Spiros couldn't possibly be more helpful, friendly and welcoming. We are made to feel at home. The level of professionalism and customer care is second to none. Highly recommend staying with Exensian, worth every penny. The view is spectacular and location is peaceful.

We would live here if we could. We are going to come back again and again. Ridiculously gorgeous property; classically and tastefully romantic; incredible, heart achingly beautiful views from every part of the house, inside and outside; a wonderfully large private pool with a sun bathing deck having completely uninterrupted views; beautifully designed and arranged spaces; ultra clean, ultra convenient, super strong WiFi. The villas are better than the photos - just go. Donā€™t stay anywhere else - Exensian is paradise. And the owners/hosts - Anastasia and Spiros - as well as their entire staff are truly genuine, warm-hearted and gracious people. They went above and beyond with our special requests, and I consider them my friends now. They are true exemplars of the highest level of Greek hospitality. THANK YOU!! Ī•Ļ…Ļ‡Ī±ĻĪ¹ĻƒĻ„ĻŽ Ļ€ĪæĪ»Ļ!!!

Exensian is truly an incredible place to stay. The villa we had - 411 - was beautiful in design and decor. The multiple patio areas help to ensure you have precisely the environment you want - sun or shade. The design of the villa and resort also mean that you will have an incredible view regardless of which window you choose to stare out of - prepare to stare because the views are breathtaking. We will certainly return to Exensian in the not-to-distant future!

Exceptional villa and exceptional holiday

Our stay at Exensian Villas was exceptional in every way. Spiros and Anna were welcoming, extremely hard working and incredibly kind. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They made this holiday stand out even though every thing else was of such a high standard. The villa was clean, comfortable and spacious. The facilities were excellent and very well maintained. There are 2 local Tavernas that are said to be very good - unfortunately they closed for the season the week before we arrived. Useful tips: 1) Taxi transfer from the airport is ā‚¬35 per taxi 2) Keri beach has a number of tavernas and a supermarket - it's a 20 minute walk or a five minute drive. 3) The supermarket is eye wateringly expensive - you may want to bring coffee, tea, non-perishable foods and toiletries. It would probably be cheaper to stock up in Lidl on the way from the airport and then buy local delicacies from the supermarket in Keri Beach. 3) This is not a place for the elderly or infirm, unless you have a car. There are a number of steep slopes to navigate to leave the villa complex 4) The photos on websites look incredible but it's even better in the flesh - that's pretty rare

Extensian villas, very beautiful, fantastic views

Great stay at Extensian. We stayed out of season so had to take a 20 minute walk down hills to the nearest bar and restaurant. Wasn't too taxing, up hill yes! Spiros who looks after the villas is fantastic, always on hand, sorting taxi's, cleaning the pool etc, a great stay

The villa was great and the views and private pool were fantastic! The staff was very good. The location is a bit remote but that adds to the beauty and the piece and quiet you get with the villa.

dejlig roligt sted

Vi var der i oktober og der var meget stille men det var lige os. det ligger pĆ„ en lukket vej sĆ„ derfor var der heller ikke meget trafik hvilket vi ser som et stort plus. der ligger en dejlig sten strand 3 min fra huset. huset var godt indrettet og udsigten var fantastisk. man har helt sikkert brug for en bil, da det ligger lidt ude og der er lidt langt hvis man skal handle, poolen var fin den havde bĆørne meget glƦde af :-) vi kunne helt sikkert godt finde pĆ„ at vende tilbage.

amazing villa with great staff!

We loved the villa! Spiros was the keeper of the hotel and he was so helpful. He even personally escorted us into town the first day to show us around. This villa is an absolute gem and the private pool and balconies (yes there are two) are amazing. Great value.

We absolutely loved this place. What an experience! If you are looking to travel to Zakynthos I HIGHLY recommend Exensian. You will not be disappointed! The view is breathtaking, the accommodations are very nice, and the people are so friendly.

Mind Blowing Views

One of the most beautiful places you will ever stay...the villas are gorgeous, the private pools are clean and the views are stunning. A few pieces of info I wish I had known before going- the villas are on top of some very steep hills and one lane roads where two cars are expected to drive so rent an automatic, not a standard rental car and be brave around the windy narrow curves to get there. Also, the villas are located near Keri which didn't have any open gas stations and had no ATMs. It is about 30 minutes to a more functional area like Laganas so keep that in mind if you are there for a short period and are trying to maximize time. You definitely can't walk anywhere from the villa and need a rental car. But again- this was probably the most beautiful place on the island with the most beautiful scenery. Also, the man that runs the villas is so helpful and amazing. His name is Spiros and he was a lifesaver during our trip numerous times. It was an amazing stay and we hated to leave.

Great place for relaxation

The Villa was great, comforts of home with our private pool and the views were breathtaking. You need a car to get there and to town. Spiro (Manager) was great and very informative of the area. Make sure you rent a boat and go to the island across the way and to all the secluded beaches and caves. Spiro will hook you up.
