"Misleading advertisement that showed there was a desk in the room (we reserved 4 rooms). We were on a business trip and the three most expensive rooms we booked - which was pictured with a desk - did not have one. No toiletries provided except for soap. And no room cleaning - apparently you had to request it. Reception lady was so unfriendly and cold."

Uns standen im Appartement beispielsweise ein großer LED-TV, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Cerankochfeld, Kaffeemaschine, Fön, ausreichend Schränke (auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt) usw. zur Verfügung. "The hosts were extremely helpful and greeted us even when we arrived late at night. Pur apartment was on the ground floor, so it was not hot, and it has a pretty yard to chill with table and a couch. Its a bit up on the hill, and the lake is about 10-15min walk. The condition is pretty basic, but still, it was confortable to sleep. And it had everything we needed for cooking. "

"Do not have any high expectations- this hotel property is very basic. There has not been one single improvement, enhancement or update since the property was built to any of the common areas the Carpet is thread bare and stained. The balcony exterior is all in terrible condition and the entire hotel requires painting, New carpet & complete updating. Upon entry to the hotel we were greeted by a very rude arrogant man - who seemed overwhelmed and very unpleasant. He had shocking demeanour and was very unprofessional. We also experienced very rude staff at breakfast. "
