"Excellent customer service. The young man in the reception (i think his name was Aggelos) was super nice and he gave us recommendations on beaches to visit that are kid friendly. Also restaurants and activities.
The room was clean and it had all the amenities we needed. The hotel grounds were clean and nicely kept. There were cats and kittens we got to pet and feed during our stay. The pool was small but perfect for kids. We tried to go to the beach in the morning and pool in the evening....

"This is a family-oriented hotel/water park 15-minutes (20 euros by taxi) north of Preveza. I stayed 1 night then moved to another hotel in city center. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. Clean, comfortable room. No amenities like even cups in the room, but got a cup on request. Great breakfast. Easy walk to beach."

"This wonderful hotel is an oasis in amongst other residential and hotels. The staff couldn't do enough to help. The fabulous breakfast served to our table overlooking the sea was divine, served until 11.30am, perfect! Lovely swimming pool in the garden. Snacks and drinks etc served to the pool or on the beach.
We had dinner on a few occasions which was very good. Sun beds and towels provided on the shingle beach, take water shoes to go in the sea.
The sea is so clear and warm. Nothing to...
