The rooms were clean and the VIP service was excellent. However, the gym is outdated and the elevators are old and a bit shaky.

All staff were super helpful and nice Carlos bar tender, Carlos front desk, Jimmy check helper all fantastic. Breakfast was excellent, head lady that runs it. ( didn’t get her name) coffee bar really nice to have. Great location

Loved our stay here. So pleased we booked it, thanks to the rave reviews. Beautiful hotel and location.

I found a bit unusual for 5 stars hotel if I just wanted a coffee in the morning I had to queue to the breakfast area as there were not bar serving at 8 am in the morning, I had dinner at the Piccasso bar- excellent Good location next to the shopping centre

Friendly staff, clean and safe area with various kind of restaurants and cafe across the street

A great hotel with great staff. We stayed for 2 nights, the Wi-Fi was excellent, we had a great check in. Breakfast was top notch. Pool was clean and when we stayed no one else was around. You had hammocks and plenty of sun beds. Good restaurants close by, and the area felt very safe. The front desk booked our taxi back to the airport for a great price, was cheaper than uber and the vehicle was in great condition. If you're going to use a hotel in San Salvador I would recommend this without...

I wanted a hotel with safe and easy parking in a good location of San Salvador and this was perfect. Rooms were good, bed comfortable and it included free breakfast which was good. Overall, great base for the night in San Salvador!
