Ruhe, Wurst und Wein - alles da

Das Hotel liegt ruhig und bequem. Zur Begrüßung gab’s einen Wein – der schmeckte so gut, wir haben sofort nach einem zweiten Glas gefragt. Aber das Frühstück war der eigentliche Star: 7 Sorten Wurst vom Metzger, 14 Sorten Käse, frische Eier, Milchprodukte vom Hof – wir haben uns gefühlt wie auf einem Bauernmarkt mit Hotelbett. Der Tisch war so voll, wir mussten erstmal strategisch planen, was wir zuerst essen.

Herzlich Willkommen

Späte Anreise, herzlicher Empfang Obwohl das Restaurant schon schloss, bekamen wir noch einen wirklich tollen Salatteller zum Begrüßungswein serviert. Unser Zimmer war nur über mehrere Stiegen zu erreichen, nicht schlimm, sollte man aber ggfs wissen und entsprechend bei der Buchung nach einem Erdgeschosszimmer fragen. Unsere Sonderwünsche bei der Buchung wurden berücksichtigt und prompt bestätigt.

Außergewöhnlich freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeitende, die den Aufenthalt durch Serviceorientiertheit, Humor und Authentizität bereichert haben. Rummen var uppgraderade till hög klass. Fantastiskt att kunna ha öppna dörrar mellan rummen. Bästa personliga service av personalen. Typiskt högklassig tysk frukost. Middag på lokalt viltkött, toppklass. Rött vin från Mosel, rekommenderas. Stannade två nätter och fick en fantastisk upplevelse. Tack!
