Staff said they had tried to contact us to tell is, which was untrue (phone number and email address given during online check-in). After a bit of discussion they managed to find a room for my friend at the hotel, even though it was fully booked (the room was next door to mine). Trying to sort it out seemed too hard to try for the male staff receptionist initially, until my friend refused to leave the hotel. "

"Hotel is perfectly located to explore the city centre in foot. Parking is expensive but worth it for the location - can be reserved but we had no problem getting a space without reserving. They were happy for us to park a lot earlier than check in time. Room clean & comfortable with spacious bathroom."

Breakfast had an extensive selection of a variety of breakfast foods for fifferent cultures. We had a suite which was roomy. "
