"The owner was not responsive to multiple messages or phone calls for several hours the day of our arrival, which was very stressful not knowing if we would even be able to access the rental when arriving late in the evening with children. The pictures on the listing did not match the property. I chose this rental...

"Beautiful hotel with the best customer service! The front desk staff are so cheerful and kind. We were picked up at the train station in a Range Rover. We received a room upgrade and it was beautiful! The complementary breakfast was very good"
