"Good breakfast"

"The people who work there are superb! The other guests were really noisy till 11 pm, it was hard to fall asleep. Children runming in there rooms and knocking on walls. You could hear people talking and so clear, you knew what they are talkimg about. Not nice. The breakfast is the best! Beds are good, rooms well decorated. "

"The location of this hotel is ace! By the city centre, walkable everywhere. The hotel is fantastic, modern, room was spacious and all very clean. The ladies at the reception desk were lovely and very helpful. I would definitely stay again and I highly recommend this hotel."

I was served on each night by staff that seemed unhappy to be serving food. Night one was almost acceptable service. Night two was dreadful. "Bedding smelled like perfume and needs to be replaced. Loud music from 6 am to 8 am and strsnge noises. Little communication from jotel."
