"Room very spaces, large king size beds, nice clean hotel. There's no nearby good restaurant in the area with walkable distance. Main transportation is via taxi, hotel has complimentry drop off to high speed rail station or Taoyuan international airport (limit time schedue) which can save one way cost."

"The staff was wonderful. I love the snacks and coffee they have at the property. They only have one washer and dryer but I didn’t find it was troublesome to use it. Transportation is mainly good, just few minutes from the station. Room is okay. Overall I would stay in this hotel again."

"Very nice stay after flying all day and night I needed a comfortable bed and shower and Comma did more than enough to provide me with what I needed to reset and recharge front desk was good with English and they had free drinks in the lobby and a microwave in the lounge on the 15th floor would recommend to anyone"

"This hotel is in an amazing location, is clean, well-maintained and has very helpful staff all for a fantastic price-point. It has kiosk-style self check-in but don't let this fool you into thinking you're in a no-frills budget hotel. Check-in is easy and smooth and there are plenty of amenities in the hotel. The rooms are well-equipped and comfortable. When I go back to Taipei, I'm definitely staying at this hotel again."
