Here I want to make a special mention of Sunny and Evan at reception. They went out of their way to help us with rebooking our room, and to know more about the area and activities. Hopefully, clearer directions with pictures showing the way to the hotel ground floor entrance or to the 5th floor hotel lobby can be provided for guests booking this hotel. Other than this, the room was very comfortable and large which I liked very much. It was close to the mall below with lots of options for just about everything you need."
