"After traveling around Taiwan (from Taipei eastbound), this was my last stop before heading back to Taipei after more than 2.000 kilometers on the road. This place was by far the nicest experience! "The staff from 5 Floor was willing to help my laundry while I was running late for my family catching up. Susan was able to provide the solution and she made my staying at hotel very comfortable. Same as the manager from the breakfast restaurant, they let me enjoy the breakfast and working on the payment later. They are very nice. I will definitely come back again. Thank you "
