"We were really disappointed with our experience here despite the beautiful surroundings. The hotel has basically fallen into disrepair, with the common spaces and areas being dirty and unkempt. There were cobwebs everywhere, the fish tanks were disgusting and the lobby bathrooms were dirty. The whole place gives you the feeling that they don’t need to do much because they’re the biggest hotel in the best location but the reputation has not been upheld. "The staffs are super friendly and really warm. She gave us all the required info to see the sun rise which is just 2 min walk. You can also see the tea garden there. The property is decorated with beautiful plants and lights. It is truely magical like I were in the fairy tale. The room is clean. Many parkings there.
