"The most unacceptable motel accommodations we have ever experienced. The employee up front screamed at me when I asked for towels. He yelled that he had way too much going on to deal with me. I ran out of that trapped area. We were there due to an emergency or we would have left immediately. I reached out to corporate and I never hear back. None of my family will ever patronize these properties. This was aside from scurrying roaches, dirty room (the towels were to clean), we bought new towels, sheets and pillows at the Walmart and made the best of it without bothering the front desk. We should have called the police about the brutal explosion by this employee. "

"I'll start with the negative. I wish cleaning staff would have more attention to detail. For example: the top of the fridge was dusty, drink splashes on the wall not being wiped. Things like that cleaned up around the common areas of the property and the room would make it a 10/10. Other than that, everything was great. The location, the staff, the breakfast, all were wonderful! As a picky person about hotels I stay at, I would love to stay at this hotel again. "

"For the price range, this is a nice hotel. The rooms are cleaner than some of the other places in the area, and the breakfast buffet was nice. Few minor inconveniences, like walls & ceilings so thin you can hear people laughing/yelling/coughing/stomping above and behind you. You can hear people in other rooms across the hall, too. However, there was plenty of parking, spacious elevators, clean bathrooms, and we saw zero bugs. Also, this hotel is within walking distance of the Tanger Outlet Mall with very nice stores very close. We were originally placed in a room on the 4th floor. Upon walking in, it smelled musty & was a bit humid, not to mention next to a room with very loud kids you could hear from the hallway. We asked for another room, and they placed us on the other side of the noisy room (so, 2 rooms away from where we just were). I immediately asked for another room again that would not be that close & finally we were given a different room on a different floor. All things considered, this for me is a 9 out of 10 stars. I’m very grateful to have had somewhere nice to stay for the price we paid. "
