"The hostel fits the bill for a short stay in Milan. Close to Ca' Granda metro which is on the line to San Siro and easily connected to the city centre lines. Lots of trams nearby as well. The hostel itself is a bit rough around the edges (one lift broken and the other only able to take 3 persons at a time, instantly stopped working as soon a 4th entered and had to use the stairs). However, it is very clean and tidy, air conditioning in the rooms (greatly appreciated when it was 36ºc). Breakfast...

"This is the worse Novotel I've ever stayed at. The location was in a bad area with a lot of trash outside of the parking lot. There are insects everywhere in the hotel and flies in the room. We were in floor 1 room 123. When we first checked our room, we noticed the red sheet had dead bugs in it and there were makeup stains. We told check in people and they sent up someone to change the sheets but while he was changing it he kept complaining that he put new sheets initially and he didn't know...

"The location was perfect! Near the airport and with a great free shuttle service that takes you to the metro (back and forth) all day long and to the airport within 15 minutes. The all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet was also good and for only $12 euros. And the air conditioning works! Which is a plus in this hot summer! The people that work in the hotel were very kind and happy to help. This a very good option if you are looking for a convenient, safe and clean hotel in Milan!"
