"Wifi is unstable, rooms are clean bathrooms it depends what you consider clean! Breakfast is good, co working space is not available on floor 1, the do have a room to reserve but only one. For a 5 star hotel it lacks the wow factor and the amenties. Staff are great!"

"Très bon petit déjeuner, frais et varié. Vue sur la plage depuis la chambre très agréable. Chambre nettoyé et serviettes changé tous les jours. Petit bémol sur les toilettes qui se sont bouchées 3 fois, cela a été résolu rapidement mais gênant d'aller voir la réception pour leur demander de déboucher avec les besoins qui ne s'évacuent pas. Sur les langues parlées par le personnel, il etaot noté Français mais aucune personne ne parle un seul mot de francais donc si vous ne savez pas parlé...

"We arrived at 5am and therefore had to pay for an extra night. The breakfast (which was included) was excellent. Our room was just adequate but the view of Copacabana Beach was terrific. The staff was friendly and helpful (except for charging us for an extra night). We enjoyed our stay."

"I wanted to leave them a four star review so bad because they would not allow visitors (which I guess I overlooked) even for a couple minutes and they also looked at me funny of the entire time I was there passing by, but that is understandable because I dress eclectic. What shifted that throughout my entire day was the kindness and quickness to their assistance and making sure that I am doing well— the smiles with of the maids and cleaners of the rooms, the beauty of the pool, the location...

"Location was magnificent, but we kept on having issues with the hot water. And even though the host did send someone to check it out and got fixed only 3 out of us 5 were able to shower with hot water. By the time the last 2 went in to take a bath the water was cold again. We were leaving the next day so we didnt wanna bother the host and we just did what we could. Sucks we werent able to shower before leaving to the airport the day of check out. And even though it says it could sleep 6 its only...

"The front desk staff was very helpful. It’s in the perfect location in Rio. It’s at the Apex of Ipanema Beach and Copacabana Beach. The rooms were a bit small, but had everything that I needed. I would also recommend a room with a view. The courtyard view is facing another apartment. "
