"I would avoid this place. We just stayed for one night on a road trip. The toilet would not flush and the bathtub backed up with sewage water. When I called to report it, the staff told me that they would send maintenance down when he got in. This was at 8:30 am. They never came or called back. So far, no refund offered."

"We had an issue with a musty smell in the room initially assigned to us. When we informed the manager she immediately moved us to a room that was fine, no questions asked."

"We went here during the winter and the temperature was in the 50’s. The heater was broken and was unfixable at the time. We were told there were no rooms available to move. And was told by very rude staff there was nothing to be done. My husband and I later went down to front desk to ask for a heater. They then moved us to another room, which needed up having bedbugs. Do not stay here. "

"My cabin was a step back in time. Everything was clean and maintained, except the door lock. I could not get my door to lock from the inside, but there was a security latch at the top that I used instead of the deadbolt. I was satisfied with my stay. The room had a slight musty smell that might bother someone with allergies, but the air conditioning made it quite tolerable for me."

"Part of the listing does not match the property. While the attendant was friendly at check in, and the room was clean enough to consider acceptable, the bed was absolutely terrible. We could visibly see the mattress sunk in at the middle when we walked into the room. (The picture of the room on the motel’s website does not show the bed in that condition.) We also did not have the hydro-massage shower head that the website claims is there, which is not a huge deal, but the water would not even...

"Very clean room, comfortable beds, enough room space, easy parking. I tried to do an early checkin at 1:30PM due to unexpected rain. My room was already ready by then and the receptionist Ashley helped on my checkin kindly and quickly. "
