"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. For the price, it offers excellent value. The staff at check-in were especially friendly, welcoming, and very informative, providing helpful information about the hotel and the local area. The location is also a major advantage, with the hotel within walking distance of the busy Krupówki Street, making it easy to enjoy the shops, restaurants, and atmosphere of the town without needing transportation. The breakfast was very good, with a nice selection of options to start the day. We also appreciated that the hotel offers packed breakfasts for guests departing early for the mountains, which was a thoughtful and convenient service. The pool and jacuzzi are not very large, but they are clean, well maintained, and perfect for both children and adults. After a long day in the mountains, it was wonderful to relax in the jacuzzi and unwind. The only area that could be improved is the pool supervision, as the lifeguard could be a little friendlier and more approachable. One thing future guests should keep in mind is that parking must be reserved separately, so it is worth planning ahead to avoid any surprises. Overall, this is a comfortable hotel with excellent service, a great location, good amenities, a very good breakfast, and an excellent price-to-quality ratio. We would gladly stay here again."

"This is a charming and inviting hotel. Breakfast was amazing, so many choices with traditional Polish meats, cheeses and pastries. Very helpful staff. There is no AC in the rooms, which was only a problem during late afternoons. Windows do open wide."

"Room was spacious and clean. Staff was nice and helpful. The only negative I can think of is that there’s a paid parking even for the guests. Overall excellent experience would recommend to anyone traveling to Zakopane"

"My 15-year old son and I stayed at this wonderful hotel for two nights. We loved the location and how big our room was. The friendly staff deserves an extra mention as well. I can definitely recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Zakopane!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Aparthotel Renaissance Zakopane. The entire property was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and decorated to a very high standard. The rooms and shared areas felt modern, comfortable, and very well maintained. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and offered a good selection to start the day. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this is an excellent place to stay in Zakopane, and we would happily return and recommend it to others."
