"We came in rather early in around 11:30 in morning and were very tired from the time change. We just wanted to check in and rest however we couldn’t check in till almost a half an hour after the check in start time. It took all day for them to finish preparing the room. I saw quite a few people checking in with no problem,we weren’t one of them. The only thing I can think of is the higher floor. Your room is on the longer it takes for them to get to that floor. "Best hotel if you’re going to a concert in the Ziggi Dome, can’t beat the location literally next door. Online and app check in was not worth it or available but check in was efficient. Room walls and blinds a bit run down but shower was great and had a good sleep. Restaurant was slow (busy) but very good. Not sure if area is safe at night towards metro station but I’d stay again at this hotel for an event."
