"We stayed here for two nights with our two young kids. The room was clean, tidy, and in a nice part of town, the restaurant was also tasty. The staff were welcoming, and friendly. We would stay here again! "

"Very good location, walkable distance to the city center and the fair grounds are just across the street. Hotel is very clean, the room was spacious and comfortable. Pool is too small to swim but okay just to splash a little bit. Breakfast is too pricey. Parking is quite pricey too but okay for a big city. Overall very good experience. Would definitely come again. "

"Expensive but marvelous breakfast, served in a lovely room and staffed with attentive staff. Ideally located 2 minutes from the train station and immediately across from Cologne Cathedral. 5-star property and service."

"The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring Cologne. Check in was easy and the room was well proportioned and had everything we’d need. A de reasons it wasn’t a 5 star for us was the sheets were incredibly itchy. We both had a rash on our legs after night one and this continued during our stay. The room was quite dusty and the bathroom had marks all over the tiles of old shampoo. On our first night, my husband got a beer from the bar. The server unloaded and re-loaded the dishwasher and wiped all the surfaces before paying us any attention, even though we were the only people there. I asked for an Aperol Spritz and she said they could only do beer. She told us to pay at the main desk and didn’t come over to take our payment for almost ten minutes. Pretty good overall, but these stood out to us. "

"Staff are so friendly and helpful, breakfast included in the price of the stay and is excellent. Cheap supermarket right next door, 5 minutes walk from the train and bus to Phantasialand right across the road (only runs once an hour though). Overall excellent hotel"
