"Dette var 6. gangen vi besøkte Hotel Castell og vi skal tilbake. Detter er en vintage hotel (111 år) med en moderne tvist. Absolutt alt er bra med hotellet for oss som liker Sveits - det er ryddig, servicen er upåklagelig - det er rent og pent, og så lukter det helt fantaskisk av treverket som er brukt i bygget. Flott resturant og bar, samt et fantastisk hammam bad. Alt i flotte omgivelser "

"A very nice family run hotel, I was there on a cycling trip to ride the big climbs in Bormio. Would not hesitate to return to this hotel. They also cater to skiers in winter. And I can imagine Bormio is a excellent location for winter sports also!"

"Abbiamo prenotato per una camera alpin spa, verso le 17 ci siamo accorti che l’acqua calda non andava, lo abbiamo comunicato alla reception sono saliti a vedere e hanno costatato che l’acqua calda non arrivava ma solo tiepida e ci hanno detto che potevamo usarla così che non era fredda… per cui non abbiamo potuto né usare la vasca né la doccia prima di uscire a cena. Calcolando che alle 10 c’è il check out praticamente abbiamo prenotato una stanza con determinati servizi che non abbiamo potuto...
