Holiday Inn Zurich - Messe by IHG
Room had said there would be AC and did not have. The cafe in the hotel closes at 11 but stopped serving coffee 10:30. A few staff members were nice but the rest were very unprofessional.

Ruby Mimi Zurich
They are very willing to speak English. When bar is busy, service is slow. However, buffet breakfast was fabulous. Room was small, but very clean! We recommend this hotel!
