The rooms that we've stayed in ( 2 rooms for a family of 6) are very comfortable with tv, very family-friendly, the washroom is very clean even my kids love it , the place itself is quiet and very convenient since it is near the airport, train stations, walkable restaurants, ample parking for our van as well as those tour buses. The restaurant in the hotel serves also good food if you don't feel like going out. When we come back to Switzerland, I would still book again this hotel for my family.

The hotel was renovating while we were there and we enjoyed a new room. We weren’t able to get the room we asked for but staff accommodated us sufficiently. The quality of the rooms is excellent. If you come during 2025 you may have a few issues but staff work hard to make it right.

Room was nice enough but few things needed attention: curtain coming off rail and not completely blackout, tap spout was faulty so spray was in face. We'd booked a family room for 2 adults & 2kids, but room was not set up for this so I asked for another one and they gave me a room set up for 1 adult and 1child.

We stayed over night here before flying back to the States. Despite fact they are undergoing a massive renovation- everything was very nice. The room was clean and perfect for our family of four. I appreciate how they have the rollout already made for the kids. There was coffee in the room and water, which is always nice. It’s conveniently located right off the tram so it was super easy to get to and from the airport. Staff was nice and helpful. Walked to a restaurant for dinner.

I stayed at Novotel Zurich Airport Messe for a short transit of 9 hours. The location is great—super convenient for the airport. However, there was some construction work going on, which made the place quite dusty and filled the air with a strong metallic and paint smell. The room was decent for a quick rest, but the ongoing work definitely took away from the experience. Hopefully, once the renovations are done, it’ll be a much better stay.

The property is under renovations, making it inconvenient. We only stayed for 1 day and it was a terrible experience.The toilet seat was leaking and i wonder how did the cleaning staff not notice and notify to the maintenance department. Not to mention that the bathroom layout was horrible. The door barely closed and hits the toilet seat. Secondly, the hallway was stinky too.Third, the breakfast wasn’t good. Half the food wasn’t even cooked properly and the dishes were dirty.Front desk Staff is least concerned about customer and listen to concerns with half ears closed Lastly, we booked a family sized room and my kid’s bed was a pull-out sofa with a hard base. The rooms were cramped and barely had any space/closets for storage. Wondering how is this a 4-star hotel? Worst hotel and do not stay here!!!!

10 mins to the airport and 1 min to a tram station. Hotel is clean, staff were respectful and professional. The hotel elevators are very tight, hardly fits 3 people. The hallways are very narrow. Ongoing construction outside the hotel, with scaffolding outside during my stay.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The room was a bit outdated but it’s to be expected as they are under renovation. Our bed was comfortable and the room was large enough for all our luggage, the pull out couch and a crib. The best part of this place was it was located right on a tram line, which stopped right in front of the building making traveling around the city VERY convenient. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and would come back.
