We stayed 2 nights. I chose this hotel as it was slightly out of town and therefore has easy parking and is away from any potential noise from the downtown nightlife. It is a nice short walk though the adjacent park to the outer canal. The staff on reception and in the restaurant appear to be mostly students studying at the attached university. In fact you walk through part of the modern uni building to get to the restaurant where breakfast is served. They were all very attentive and...

A beautifully renovated building with luxurious style, this genuinely is a boutique place to stay. A spacious and airy bedroom with large en-suite shower room, there’s space to work, relax and sleep.
Breakfast is amazing value at under €15 - a feast that’s freshly prepared and presented in the Fire Café next door (there’s an indoor route between the two buildings, served by staff who are friendly and very helpful - perfect.

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff, very comfortable bed. Beautiful surroundings. We loved the storks.
It would be good if there were some wheat/gluten free options on the breakfast buffet.

My only comment is the chamber maid leaves piles of clean linen on the floor outside the room prior to her making the bed. It should be off the floor of in plastic bags.

My 4th stay here over the years, great service, nice clean room, excellent and reasonably priced restaurant for dinner. Have the breakfast, sets you up for the day

What are holiday rentals like in Zwagerbosch?
Holiday rentals are privately owned properties you can book for a few days, or a quick weekend, in Zwagerbosch. Holiday rentals provide amenities such as hot tubs, fire pits and patios so you'll be comfy for your stay. If you're concerned about cleanliness, holiday rentals can offer a sense of safety away from public hotel lifts and lobbies bustling with people while still allowing you to travel. You'll also get more space in a holiday rental than in a hotel, which is another reason why a holiday rental is a popular choice for family gatherings.
