We were thrown over to the Chelsea tower where you had to wait in line for 20-30 minutes just to get to the elevator where the bridge was. There were roaches in the room so I checked out the next day so I didn’t not stay 2days. I talked to the manager and he was suppose to refund me one night and did not. The property was disgusting and did not look like the picture very disappointing

Even though the staff and the room were as expected, the room had a bed bug infestation. We raised the issue with the front desk, which they investigated and reported that there was none. It is of concern since it affected our stay, and if not corrected, it will affect the stay of other patrons.
