Nhìn chung là ok, nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình, anh ca đêm còn cho mình mượn bát đũa để ăn vì mua đồ mà nhà hàng trên grab ko cho gì😂😂 Ngày cuối cùng check out xong gửi đồ thoải mái lun để đi chơi tẹt bô đến tối mới bay về hihi, bạn lễ tân hỏi han và chu đáo Điểm trừ cho ks là đồ ăn sáng hơi nghèo nàn, ko ngon lắm, máy nướng bánh mỳ phải giữ tay😂😂 Nhưng nhà mình dễ tính nên vẫn...

"The staff was wonderful, helpful, and really showed they care about the customers. The shower water is hot and powerful which was a big plus. The breakfast was awesome too. The downsides were that we couldn't find where we can turn off the light for the dining room also there's no design in preventing shower water overflow to the toilet. "

"The location is good, easy to get around, the price for the dorm was great. I didn’t eat the breakfast, looked ok when I saw it. The pool on the rooftop was nice, good to know that is only two sun-beds and two sun-chairs. Staff is friendly and help you when you need to, also when I arrived the man who’s sitting in the entry helped me with my luggage. So kind, thank you again!"

"What a beautiful hotel to stay at. The staff were amazing. Rossie went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of with plans and even brought us watermelon juice in the pool with fresh fruit. The morning breakfast had a lot of variety and very high quality. The rooms were clean and air conditioned. Loved our stay here. A 10/10 for sure. "

"I was very happy with the resort until I checked out. Receptionist asked if we took the white bath robes. The robes were not there when we checked in n I didn’t even know there suppose to b 2 white robes. Receptionist didn’t asked us to pay for the robes but they made us feel like we stole it. So beware. "

"The staff at the Aria could not be more pleasant. They really went out of their way to be friendly and helpful and engaging. The biggest issue was with the beds - they were really hard. Shower was nice, AC worked, and we had connecting rooms which was a nice benefit. Loved the easy beach access and the pool was lovely too. Lots of nearby restaurants too! "

"The hotel is in the center area of the City and front of the river. Very near to Han bridge and Dragon Bridge. The lobby is quite small but the room is large and harmony decodes room with a convenient bathroom. Hotel staffs are wonderful, friendly, useful and good at communication. Breakfast buffet is delicious with many choices and changed everyday, they have a wide range of food from Vietnamese, Eastern and Western as well. "
