"Rooms were clean tidy and spacious, asked for a cot and was delivered to room within 10/15mins. Breakfast was okay, could have been hotter however it’s a buffet. Bed was comfortable, bathroom/shower was lovely and clean. We had noisy people above us didn’t complain as it’s a hotel with parties/weddings however I would have done had it gone on after 1am "

"Great stay in the Ramada. Only issue is the pillows are to hard, one pillow not enough two pillows to many. I would recommend leaving two soft pillows as spares in the wardrobe that way you can swap them round until you get the desired arrangement."

"Lovely stay just a few things to note. Parking needs to be free/included, it’s £8 but a bit annoying for such an upmarket establishment to charge for it. Grounds are beautiful the building is stunning, staff helpful and friendly. It would be nice to have a little music around the communal areas plus we sat reading and at 9 o’clock sharp the candles were all snuffed out!! Breakfast was lovely ."

"On arrival, my Sat Nav was unable to direct me to the entrance of the hotel. I have never been to Leicester before, so I called the reception for a few suggestions how to get into the car park. "Staff were pleasant and courteous, nice quiet location in a very central location in Leicester. I was a bit worried about the hotel as I had booked 5 nights over 5 weeks without seeing it apart from the internet for the cricket but was pleasantly surprised.
