"We booked this place based on proximity to Place Bell and we were very pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, upkeep and staff interactions. It is very reasonably priced and has everything you need in the room. Laval is definitely not the touristy side of Montreal, so we were a little surprised by the location (lack of amenities), but that really has nothing to do with the motel. We would book here again and recommend it to our friends."

"I mentioned that the parking was $15/night when I booked and was upped to $20 when I got there. They just said it had increased since the booking date. I was okay with that, but noticed the next day they reimbursed me for the two nights difference on my credit card which I thought was very decent of them"
