"I chose River Rock due to its location to the airport. There were no just bar area to be able to sit and relax in. There were no tables outside the casino to sit at and enjoy talking with your group. I would have liked to have a less formal place to eat that was nearby or not in the casino. The pool was hard to get to and you had to parade through the hotel lobby going back to your room. The room was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We ended up having a medical merge on the day of checkout and one of the employees was extremely helpful for me to get my senior parents on their way to the hospital as my mother-in-law needed emergency attention through ambulance The bellman helped me to get all of their things as well as mine out of the two rooms that we had as I was looking after their little service dog"

"The hotel was close to the airport and provided shuttle service. The room appointments were high end including Dyson blow dryers. It had the most comfortable beds of our whole 10 day trip. We will definitely stay there any time we’re in Vancouver. They also have a small restaurant and cocktail lounge on premises. Pricy but convenient to grab a bite before a flight."

"Just a weekend getaway from Montana to see the beautiful Banff Park. The hotel is definitely epic. An older property, but well maintained. The staff is very polite and friendly. It was an excellent stay. SO glad we made the trip and chose this hotel."
