"We love the Tudor! It was so beautifully decorated for Christmas when we visited in end Nov. Felt like we are in European hotel. The staff we met are all friendly and helpful. We stayed in the duplex room with the attic and it was a nice experience sleeping in the tudor attic. We will certainly visit again!"

"The environment was great however cleanliness for the room was not up to the standards. There’s obvious stains in the toilet bowl. The noise level was extremely high as well. Just a feedback to the management, the parking lot infront of our room was always occupied, I think priority should always be for the occupants instead of outsider who come to the cafe."

Again nobody picks up the call. WhatsApp messages were late response and information was not completed as needed. I would like to get information on facilities available which I cannot find when Google. When booked only 'Full Board' is available but not the 'Full Package'. I need to know about...

" I came to Penang to register my daughter into USM. It’s a great choice. It’s near to USM around 15mins. Car can park inside hotel with gates for FREE. speedmart 100meter, waking distance for local food. Becareful they lock the gate at 12midnight for security ."
