After checkin they got in touch by WhatsApp to let us know they were available for any assistance 24’7. The facilities were nice, the staff were extremely polite and attentive. "The buffet was okay. There is access to the pool at the Magellan Sutera as well. The staff is polite, but less attentive than what you'd expect from a five-star hotel. I wish the entertainment i.e. bowling, billiards etc. is on site. Instead, all entertainment including the jacuzzi are on the Marina Club, which is quite a walk you'd feel lazy to go to on a hot day. The water at the beach has trash. "

"Zimmer groß und sauber. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Strand sauber. Kosten für Frühstück teurer als in Las Palmas im 4 Sterne Hotel. Auswahl und Geschmack sind Ordnung. Tolle Aussicht dafür aber zu warm, weswegen wir nur zweimal dort gefrühstückt haben. Mit Grab kann man relativ günstig in die Innenstadt fahren, z.B. zur East Coast Mall.
