"Hanoian Central Hotel was fabulous and great helpful. Gorgeous newly renovated hotel, great to be close to the central. The breakfast was good and the spa inside the hotel also provide an excellent massage too. Especially, the staff, front desk staff was so helpful and friendly, Molly and Ann help us so much and give us many address for visit and eat around there.We would recommend highly and visit again!!!"

"The staff were extremely helpful both before our arrival and while we were there. We dealt with Jennie throughout much of our trip and she was a wonderful member of staff. Breakfast had a great selection of local and western options. Trips were booked for us and airport pickup dealt with so the stay was completely stress free. Staff were extremely knowledgeable about the city and provided us with a helpful map of the local area with where to visit. The location was also fantastic with everything...

"Loved this hotel. All the staff were just wonderful and so helpful. The hotel is very clean, the breakfast was great and Smily the chef made the best scrambled egg. Nothing was a problem he would cook whatever you wanted and the coffee was great. This was in a great location in the Old Quarter , you can walk anywhere . The manager organised a tour for us to Halong Bay and certainly didn’t disappoint. We had a fabulous time. Great value for money. Will definitely recommend and stay here...
