We were so happy to stay at this Hotel. The location was right smack at the center of town. Near almost everything and walkable to many attractions. We truly appreciated the customer service of this place. The people that work there are just absolutely wonderful. They are so kind and accommodating.

Top-Notch Hospitality and Spa Experience

We had a wonderful stay at Hanoian Central. The front desk was very helpful, especially with organizing our Ha Long Bay tour. Breakfast was fresh and made to order. Would definitely recommend to couples or families visiting Hanoi.

The hotel itself is wonderful clean rooms, great location, and friendly staff. But the real surprise was Bell Pepper Restaurant. I had dinner there two nights in a row, and both times were outstanding. The pho was some of the best I’ve ever had, and breakfast options were just as impressive. Everything tasted authentic and fresh.

Peaceful Oasis in the Bustling Old Quarter

What a treat! The hotel room was spotless and very comfortable, but Bell Pepper Restaurant really elevated my stay. I had dinner there on my first night and ended up coming back every day. We had a lovely stay here the staff were amazing. The location is perfect as you can walk around the city and things are close by. After a long flight and busy travel days, I booked an Aroma Therapy session at the hotel's spa and it was heavenly. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi. We had to check out at 5 AM for a tour to Ninh Binh. Even at that hour, the receptionist Henry was cheerful and handed us packed breakfasts. Such care and consistency in service impressed us so much.

We stayed here before heading to Halong Bay and the hotel went above and beyond to support our journey. They offered us a complimentary takeaway lunch for the road and even surprised us with a short shoulder massage after check out. These thoughtful gestures really made us feel special. The breakfast buffet was incredible, with freshly made noodle dishes and lot of variety. It's the little things that turn a good stay into a great one

This is a hotel where I only had good experiences. After 10 hours on a train from Sapa, we were exhausted. We booked a massage and honestly, it melted the stress away. The spa is small but beautifully done, with calming music and herbal tea at the end. We left feeling lighter, calmer, and fully recharged. If you’ve been traveling hard, this spa is a must.

from the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were treated like old friends. The front desk welcomed us with cakes and tea, and helped us plan our short stay in Hanoi without being pushy. Perfect vacation with great breakfast, clean rooms, comfortable beds, solid massages at Vita Spa and night drinks at the bar. The location is fantastic and the staff are incredibly helpful. I'd like to personally thank Mr. Toan who showed us to our room and helped us with great dinner recommendations in the area. Charming and delightdul

Such a lovely experience! Staff was super friendly, the location was great and the room beautiful/ They're great about opening doors, greeting you, and front staff was very helpful. They kept my luggage after I checked out, and when I returned to the hotel to pick up my luggage, they let me use the shower, so I was able to board the plan feeling refreshed. If I visit Vietnam again, I will definitely stay at this hotel
