"Staff were helpful & polite. My daughter likes the table tennis & football tables in the lobby. Room was spacious & quite clean. The mattress & pillow left a deep impression cos mattress was thick & firm, and pillow gave good support. Hence we slept really well. Actually everything was good. The only complaint we have is the free bottled water provided. The cap is too tight & difficult to open. Opening the metal cap caused much pain to my fingers and sometimes I failed to open the bottle & ended...
