"Very close to the airport and a major mall. Customer service from walking in through the stay until check-out was outstanding and highly personalised (thank you, Hasan, at the front desk). Smiles were all around, including from staff who were busy cleaning other rooms. Definitely would recommend."

"Everything was fine, except the refund of the deposit my room is quite late. Until now, I still not receive the refund of 1 night charged at my credit card (because my friend made the full payment by his credit card). The hotel said they need 5 days for the refund, but it now 9 days already (I stay from 15 to 18 Jan 2020). My booking number at Hotels was: 9211066727534."

"Luxorious hotel not too far from the airport. Traffic noise does not bother. Expensivish food/beverage, but room prices compensates that very well. Hourly transport from hotel to airport a bonus."
