"Very nicely located hotel. Helpful staff. Will come again."

"Staff is always friendly and accommodating, Rana at the front desk took care of us again when we checked in and remembered my name, hotel is clean and comfortable. I stay there every time I’m in Egypt, great food too."

"Hotel very clean. Staff very helpful. Room was nice and comfortable."

"Property was very clean food was delicious staff was awesome"

"It was a hidden gem. We felt like living at home. The staff, all of them were so polite and friendly. We came out very happy."

"Good location, but the rooms are completely different from the photos, the towels are very old, the guy in the lobby has a horrible attitude, there's no coffee maker or refrigerator, I disinfected the phone to make a call and the wipe came out brown because of how dirty it was, there's only one elevator, the only redeeming feature is the gentleman who helps you with your luggage."

"Everything was fine, except the refund of the deposit my room is quite late. Until now, I still not receive the refund of 1 night charged at my credit card (because my friend made the full payment by his credit card). The hotel said they need 5 days for the refund, but it now 9 days already (I stay from 15 to 18 Jan 2020). My booking number at Hotels was: 9211066727534."

"Brief 2 day but excellent experience. Nadim was excellent and helped us many times booking a tour and getting multiple cabs to places throughout the city. Staff as whole were incredibly polite and helpful and a tip team all around"

"Atmosphere, District Location, Welcome from staff at check-in "
