"Our stay at the JW Marriott Hotel Cairo was absolutely spectacular from start to finish. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Every single team member we encountered was incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in ensuring we had a perfect experience. The hotel itself is stunning—immaculately clean, luxurious, and beautifully designed. It feels like a private oasis right in the middle of Mirage City. We were blown away by...

"It was so helpful to have a hotel connected to the airport. The check-in was seamless. We ate at the Sports Bar - it was so nice to sit outside. Very helpful staff everywhere. Great amenities in the room as well."

"I wasn’t able to access the place the host response to me that he don’t have the place ready for me and he didn’t give me a refund"

"The hotel is a bit far from shopping centers and local stores, but it’s very close to the airport, which makes it convenient for travelers. The property is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The staff are professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The breakfast is good with a nice variety of options, and the hotel also has a pleasant swimming pool. Overall, I had a comfortable stay and would highly recommend this hotel, especially for those looking for a peaceful place near the airport."

"It's a great experience but far from where you can get some needs"

"We had a really lovely stay at the Renaissance Cairo Mirage City Hotel. It was easy to get to, check-in was very straightforward, and the staff throughout our stay were extremely helpful and welcoming. The room itself was lovely and exactly what you would expect from a Renaissance hotel. The beds were very comfortable, everything was clean and well presented, and the bathroom was especially nice with an amazing shower and bath. The only very minor thing that would have been handy was having...

"Clean and comfortable hotel. Staff friendly and helpful plus great location for catching early morning flights with their free shuttle."

"I loved the hotel , the staff were friendly."

"This place is nasty. We were scared of bed bugs. The carpet was disgusting. The walls paper thin. Whole floor reeked of cigs. Only pro was the proximity to airport. Tiny rooms. Would never recommend"

"Room was carpeted which attracted dust. Room stank of cigarettes. I requested a double bed, but was given a room with THREE single beds! Restaurant was full of flies, so could not eat there, as hygiene was poor, as I saw waiter checking temperature of cooked food with his bare hands. Cooked food was cold. I could not wait to leave."
