"We had a lovely family stay. All the staff were very friendly. The only thing that let it down was poor/slow service in the morning breakfast for teas and coffee. We had to remind them several times. Also replenishment of complimentary items e.g cups and earbuds did not take place."

"Really nice property overlooking the Nile. Great service from the Club Millise"

"Great"

"Clean and comfortable hotel. Staff friendly and helpful plus great location for catching early morning flights with their free shuttle."

"The restaurant manager was excellent. He was attentive and the food, dinner and breakfast, was delicious. We enjoyed our stay, lovely room."

"コンシェルジュの方が非常に親切でした。観光先や交通手段についてアドバイスをしてくださり、非常に助かりました。 部屋の机など備品は少し古さがありました。ホテル内に銀行の支店があり、米ドルからエジプトポンドへの両替が簡単に出来たのは良かったです。"

"The location is very good, convenient to restaurants, shopping and attractions. easy to grab uber. The staffs here very nice and Youstina helped me a lot."

"Disappointing Overall Experience. We arrived at night only to be told that no rooms were available. We were offered accommodation at a lesser hotel about a 10-minute walk away, where we had to check in separately, check out the following day, and then return to this hotel for our room. No assistance was provided throughout this process, which was particularly frustrating after travelling. The room itself was okay, but the service was poor. Our room was not cleaned until we raised the issue...

"Everything was fine, except the refund of the deposit my room is quite late. Until now, I still not receive the refund of 1 night charged at my credit card (because my friend made the full payment by his credit card). The hotel said they need 5 days for the refund, but it now 9 days already (I stay from 15 to 18 Jan 2020). My booking number at Hotels was: 9211066727534."

"Staff were excellent and made our stay special. Pool staff went over and beyond. Not many amenities around but easy to get an uber around. Food was great too! No complaints about this stay!"

"All good"

"Atmosphere, District Location, Welcome from staff at check-in "

"Tour buses and vans use a different entrance (farther from registration desk) than limo/taxis. Floor plan can be a bit confusing at first, especially arriving very tired at night."

"Quiet boutique hotel with very accommodating staff. Served us dinner despite our arriving as restaurant was closing. Quaint boutique hotel of a type that’s uncommon in Cairo. Quiet also means not much nearby eg for dining but the hotel itself has reasonable dining options. Excellent breakfast including cappuccino."

"エレベーターがこわれていた。"
