"We were greeted with welcoming staff who were very helpful throughout our stay. The place could not be faulted for its condition, it is clean and always well maintained. The minute you walk in you feel like you have stepped into another world. The food was great although only ate a couple of times at tbe restaurant. "The staff were excellent and food in restaurant and room service were brilliant. The room is on a noisy street and the double glazed windows did not shut out all the noise . But it was tolerable would not deter us from going back to stay there again . The toilets are in need of a bit of iupgrade e.g there was a contant lingering smell in the tiolet, the tiolet seat is not soft closing the toilet basin itslelf got blocked twice but was dealt with immediately. "Everything was fine, except the refund of the deposit my room is quite late. Until now, I still not receive the refund of 1 night charged at my credit card (because my friend made the full payment by his credit card). The hotel said they need 5 days for the refund, but it now 9 days already (I stay from 15 to 18 Jan 2020). My booking number at Hotels was: 9211066727534."
