"The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It's also not surrounded by a lot of other hotels so there wasn't much traffic. The room was spacious and clean and the complimentary breakfast in the morning was perfect for starting our day."

"Once in the room discovered no bed sheets or pillows for the sofa bed. Tried to call, the phone was not connected and could not find the phone jack. Was attacked by the breakfast grill lady after being advised by the front desk to get breakfast down the hall at the Embassy Suites. Forced to return to the front desk for confirmation to only be told by the grill lady that she will only serve us this one time. Didn’t know the grill lady owned the hotel?? All this to have a breakfast barely...

"The room was very clean, but the parking lot was extremely full, and there was almost no space to park. Unfortunately, the staff did not seem friendly or welcoming. After driving for 20 hours, I asked if there was any possibility of checking in early. I completely understand that the rooms were still being cleaned, but the way the situation was communicated felt rude and lacking in courtesy. A more polite and respectful response would have been appreciated."

"The hotel was fine for the one night I stayed, but no more. In the room was a very loud-blowing cooling/heating unit. Nothing was adjustable, not even turning off or down the fan. The doors to the bathroom were French doors, which was an odd construction for the space. The paint from the doors was chipped and worn. "The room was clean. I was in an existential crisis and the staff were so nice and understanding and curators. I was a mess and they were so nice. I’m so thankful hit for only them but also the free transit to the airport/ shuttle service. The driver was so personable and relatable and cute. Glad i chose to stay there during a hard period of time"
