"Das gebuchte Zimmer roch sehr Stark nach fettigem Essen, nach Meldung, wurde uns eine neue Zimmer gegeben das kleiner war!
Nach Meldung das ich den Superior Zimmer 48qm gebucht habe, wurde mir ein Standard Komfort Zimmer 40qm gegeben, wohlmöglich war das Hotel ausgebucht, trotzdem hätte man fairerweise anders entgegen kommen müssen! Stattdessen sagt man uns, das beide Zimmer gleich groß wäre, was definitiv nicht der Fall gewesen ist!
Ansonsten war das Hotel an sich mit Lobby, Pool etc....

"Room was great, very clean, comfy bed.
Customer service was lacking unfortunately.
Check-in was slow but ok. The girl at the desk mentioned a new system being the cause of the delay. There were a few people waiting but only one person behind the desk.
Checkout was actually terrible.
We left early, about 6am. The girl behind the desk had headphones on and didn't remove them until we were right at the desk (she did see us coming). I had to tell her the room number three times in the space of 5...

"Terrible hotel. Not 4 stars or worth the price at all stay away! We booked a 3 person room and the duvets and pillows were dirty and unwashed, tables and kettle not clean at all we had to cover them with towels. Mentioned at reception and they said theyd change our room but instead came with extra bedding which was still dirty. The lady seemed like she didn’t want to help us so we didnt ask any further. We got a room at the end of the hall so a neighbour was playing loud music and smoking weed!!...
