"I had a terrible time, the receptionist, precious did not know about my booking, I was given a room of #8,000. It was really terrible. I’m fast they did not want to give me any room. Not Expedia’s fault. It’s the hotel management and their system. "

"Some major renovation was happening at the hotel. I would have expected that it is closed to customers during this time. Kitchen did not have supply for most of the meals on their menu. Staff were friendly and available to support but it was clear that most of the issues I had with the hotel was beyond the staff but management issues. "

"My review is not for Paris Tower Hotel but for Hotels.com, I got confirmation mail from hotels..com after booking only to get to Paris Tower Hotel and they didn't find records of your bookings. I had to use my money to lodge for the 2 nights and I have been trying to reach out to hotels.com but no mail and your virtual agent could not connect me to any agent. Please I need refund. Thanks"
