"We got there a was only one staff to assist 4 people at the line. When we got to the room bad smell in the room like dirty carpet. There was someone like banging on the wall. There was only one towel for two people we ask for towels they tell us to go get some more, when my son went to get it they didn’t had any, the person said the just put towel to the washer. When we was ready to leave all the housekeepers was line up at the elevator and no one moving to let us to go to check out we had to go...

"Traveld for a show in the city. We checked in @3pm. There were couples fighting and screaming. Went to dinner back by 5pm and the hotel lost power, couple still carring on. Set in a hot room all evening and night. Was told it would be back on all night. Woke up still no power. Paid 163.00 for 1 night on a hard bed, no power, dinner went bad bc the fridge didnt work, offered breakfest but again paid for a service I couldnt receive. No refund were offered. "There was rotten wood and hole in the wall. The bath tub was bad damage and to be repaired. Clean towels were bad soiled from old residue. I would never recommend this hotel or booked it again."
