"The room we were given didn’t match the photographs, instead of a modern room we were given an old unrefurbished one. Pool area was overcrowded with no beds available after 8am, pool water was murky.
Restaurant staff were excellent as was the food on offer. We left after 7 nights of a 12 night stay and booked another hotel at our own expense."
