Just within the check in time the builder/ owner turned up and said the booking was cancelled by the supplier and we would be refunded. He was callous and unapologetic. "Excellent. Good breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. Quiet location near to beach. Plenty of restaurants/bars nearby. Kitchen staff will prepare evening meals if a notice is given. I will definitely use this hotel next time I’m in Goa and would recommend this hotel to all."

"The hotel was exactly as expected- lovely pool - nice rooms great location with a very short walk to a fabulous beach with a couple of bars - small supermarket nearby Nice staff and management- did not eat evening meal in hotel but a number of great local restaurants a few minutes walk away- a few miles from cavalossim - expect to pay between 400 to 600 which is a little high but due to the taxi monopoly that’s going on at the moment "
