"Awesome location! Cleanliness was seriously neglected. Hosts are elderly and this may be too much for them. No King size beds as advertised and no reception on TV's. The pool was full of leaves and railings were unstable as were railings on seps into cabin. The grounds need serious care and clean up, as did the porch and furniture. "The hotel sent an email the day before arrival saying my reservation was cancelled due to "unavoidable circumstances". There was no additional explanation given. No refund was mentioned either and I was told to refer back to Hotels.com for any possible refund. This was the weekend of the local University's Homecoming/Student Preview which I was attending so it was impossible to find a replacement hotel on such short notice. My friends in the area said it was a good thing to not stay here though....
