"The hotel was good for £58 a night just before flying. The lady behind the desk was absolutely lovely when we checked in. The rooms were clean but they miss out on detailed cleaning but for one night, it isn’t an issue. Room was huge, we walked in and said ‘woah’!
Very close to the airport, easy bus services that drop you off just outside the services. Also very close to multi different food places and they had their own separate car park from the services one."

"They had free parking which is a positive.
The rooms are very old, extremely hot and out dated.
The biggest issue is the WiFi you won't have a good connection better off using your phone as hot-spot.
Im still awaiting my deposit ive currently chased but they seem to attempt to keep your £100 security deposit and give you all sorts of excuses ive emailed, sent many msgs and had to physically go there yesterday(over 14 days since I left) all you get told is it will be released etc take this as...

"I was able to check in online before I arrived at The Kicking Dickey. The staff were very helpful and friendly along with the pub which I thought was very welcoming. My room was at the rear of the property so away from any noise. The room itself was comfortable and well maintained, I think it might of been a converted stable. Nice functional bathroom with a shower and a very comfortable single bed. Lots of free parking outside the property. All in all well worth a stay."

"Avoid this hotel. The beds are rock hard with broken springs, the pillows are completely flat, and the room was visibly damaged. Add a weak shower and a foul odor lingering throughout the hallways, and it was a thoroughly unpleasant experience."
